To Start Water & Sewer Service the City of Hollister requires:

All items must be received in our office before 3:00pm for same day service or in advance of the day you are requesting services.  We are unable to back date service requests.  You can also leave an envelope with all of the items in our overnight drop box located directly in front of our office.  Anything left in the overnight drop box will be processed the following business day.

Our office is located at 327 Fifth Street, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm (Closed for Lunch hour 12pm - 1pm). Phone number 831.636.4301.

To Stop Water or Sewer Service:    Please complete the Start/Stop Water Service Form and return it to Finance Utility Payment Center for processing at 327 Fifth Street, email it to hollisterbilling@hollister.ca.gov, fax to 831.636.4369, or mail it to 327 Fifth Street, Hollister, CA 95023.

Online Utility Bill Payment

Dog Licenses CANNOT be paid by using Utility Bill Pay Online. Currently Dog License Payments are NOT available online. Payments can also be made by phone at 1-833-208-7230.
