Annual Monitoring
It is the City of Hollister’s policy to ensure the Buyer is in compliance with the affordable obligations.
The City will conduct annual monitoring of homes financed through the City’s various Housing Assistance Programs. The annual monitoring will include contacting the Buyer to verify occupancy, current taxes, insurance, primary loan status and on-going maintenance of the home. In order to align with the State of California Housing & Community Development’s timeline the monitoring will commence in January of each year with a goal of completion by April 1. The form below is submitted to each homeowner annually with an expected return date.
