What are my Setbacks?

Building setbacks are established by the zoning district (e.g. R1, R2, R3, R4, etc) in which your residence is located. You can determine what zoning district your property is located in by looking at the zoning map. After determining the zoning district, refer to Title 17 – Zoning of the Hollister Municipal Code for setbacks.
