The City of Hollister Housing Division seeks to increase and preserve the community’s supply of low- and moderate-income housing. Hollister seeks to implement a comprehensive housing program by offering various programs to all family income levels in the community. Past programs offered by the Housing Division have included rehabilitation loans, first-time homebuyer loans, and self-help programs.
